Shahi Garam Masala Recipe

Using Shahi Garam Masala

Kolambi Rice or Prawns Pulav, Serves: 4

Ingredients: Basmati rice 1 bowl, 1 bowl cleaned kolambi (Prawns), 1/2 bowl of finely

chopped onions, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 bowl chopped coriander leaves, 2-3 green chillies, 2 tsp Shahi Garam Masala of Pallavi’s Spices

Procedure: Fry onion, ginger garlic paste, chillies in oil. Add turmeric powder and then cleaned kolambi (prawns) to it and fry little more. Then boil rice adding 2 tsp Shahi Garam Masala, salt in 2 bowls of warm water. Cook it well with lid. Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander

Masala Kolambi (Prawns) (Malwani and Shahi Garam Masala), Serves: 2/3

Ingredients: 250g cleaned kolambi (Prawns), 1 bowl of finely chopped onions, 1/2 bowl

tomato, 1/4 bowl finely chopped coriander, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp Malwani Masala and 1 tsp Shahi Garam Masala of Pallavi’s Spices

Procedure: Fry onions to orange brown in the oil. Add chopped tomatoes, then cleaned kolambi and also add ginger garlic paste. Saute it for 2/3 minutes (putting water on the frying pan’s lid) and fry further after adding Malwani Masala and Shahi Garam Masala. Cook Well. Don’t add water in the frying pan. Fry with oil only.
