Tava Paneer Masala (Serves: 4)
Ingredients: 250g paneer, 2 onion, 1 capsicum, 3 tomatoes, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 green chilly, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander powder, turmeric, 1 tbsp Pallavi’s Spices Pavbhaji Masala, 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi, salt to taste and fresh coriander.
Procedure: Cut even pieces of paneer. Also cut onion and simla mirch as fine pieces. Make tomato puree. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry cumin seeds and onion in it. Add ginger garlic paste, vertically chopped chilly, capsicum after onion turns brown red and fry for 2 mins. Now add Pavbhaji Masala, coriander powder, tomato puree, salt till butter separates out. Lastly add paneer and crushed kasuri methi. Cook well for 1-2 minutes.
