Pavbhaji Recipe

Pavbhaji (Serves – 6)

Ingredients: 3 tbsp oil, 1tsp cumin seeds (jeera). Finely chopped – 3 onions, 2 tomatoes,

1 capsicum. 1/2 cup coriander (green dhaniya), 4-5 boiled potatoes, 1/2 cup boiled green or yellow peas, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp Pallavi’s Spices Pavbhaji Masala, 2 tbsp butter, salt to taste

Procedure: Heat oil in a pan (kadhai). Add jeera, onions, capsicum. Stir well(4-5 mins). Add tomatoes & cook for 4-5 mins. Add ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp pavbhaji masala, salt. Add some quantity of mashed potatoes, one bowl of warm water. Mix it thoroughly. Then add boiled green/yellow peas. Mix and mash them well. Then add remaining potatoes with some warm water and 1 tbsp of Pavbhaji Masala and cook it covered for 4-5 mins. Finally add butter and chopped coriander. Cook well for 2-3 minutes
