Pallavi, a science graduate, responded to a long cherished entrepreneurial calling in 2013 through production of spices. She inherited the art of cooking and understanding the essential role of spices from her mother, Mrs. Vijaya Bhosale and later, after her marriage, added more flavors to her skills from her mother-in-law, Late Mrs. Sushila Rasal and sister-in-law, Mrs. Rajeshwari Modve. Her expertise in cooking and experimentation on various recipes through the spices has earned her an envious reputation. The invaluable two decades before and after marriage allowed her to experiment with many ingredients used in spice production to deliver an unmatched aroma and taste, which her products offer.Her global exposure to various cuisines from Europe, Mauritius, Middle East and South East Asia helped her to understand the beauty of Indian spices and its uncompromising contribution in the rich delicacies which are globally appreciated. ‘Pallavi’s Spices’ is an extension of her dream to reach-out to millions of people and enrich their understanding of mouth – watering recipes prepared with the help of her spices using the best ingredients.
